An order takes between 5-9 weeks on average to fulfill. This is because each piece is 100% unique and custom hand-made to order. Although we do offer a delivery estimate, we cannot guarantee order ship times. We will do our best to accomodate resonable requests for delivery times including upgraded shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This delivery time is after the 5-9 week lead time to produce your custom order. For delivery to most of the continental USA we suggest USPS Priority Mail.
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As Above cannot change these calculated rates as they are quoted directly from the carrier.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. As Above is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
While we are producing your order we provide an esitmated ship date. If there are any unexpected delays we will try to inform you as soon as possible. If your order must be completed by a specific date, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to accomadate you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Each order comes with a tracking number. If your order shows that it's delivered but you haven't recieved it, please contact us at help@asabove.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@asabove.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
